1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Quality Transitions Consulting, LLC website and utilizing our relocation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These services are provided by Qiana Dawson, Relocation Coordinator.

2. Scope of Services Quality Transitions Consulting, LLC provides residential move coordination, which includes:

• Informing residents about the relocation process.

• Creating personalized relocation plans based on individual needs.

• Researching answers to resident inquiries.

• Coordinating with moving staff and property management.

3. Role of the Coordinator Qiana Dawson acts as a liaison between residents and property management. While we strive to ensure a comfortable and informed transition, Quality Transitions Consulting, LLC is a consulting entity and is not responsible for the physical transport of goods or the actions of third-party moving companies, except as explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.

4. Resident Responsibilities To ensure a "Quality Transition," residents are encouraged to:

• Attend scheduled one-on-one meetings and community events.

• Provide accurate information to the coordinator for plan creation.

• Communicate specific needs well in advance of the scheduled moving day.

5. Privacy and Communication By providing your contact information, such as your phone number (810-210-4677), you consent to be contacted by the Relocation Coordinator via phone or in-person meetings for the purpose of move coordination.

6. Limitation of Liability Quality Transitions Consulting, LLC provides research and planning support to mitigate moving stress. However, we are not liable for delays, property damage, or losses incurred during the physical moving process conducted by third-party vendors.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
